I just ran across this on Engadget and thought it was pretty awesome. I know that most of the other people that work on this site are pretty much iPad haters, and as was I when it was first announced. Yes, I’m buying one here in a couple weeks just because I can and I want one. Can I come up with a good reason to own one at the moment? No, not really.

Until I saw this video of a kitchen cabinet iPad. This is a perfect use for it I think. With all the different recipe apps that are out there now, it would be awesome to have one mounted like this in your kitchen to look up stuff as your doing your cooking. And, you might as well watch a little video, or play some music while you’re doing it too.

So I’m ready for The Buzz staff to give me grief for this post, but I think it’s completely genius.
